How about
40% to winning team (aprox €3,200 - €400 per player)
25% to runner up team (aprox €2,000 - €250 per player)
10% to 3rd team (aprox €800 - €100 per player).

25% remaining for Individual as follows:

1st 12%....aprox €750
2nd 9%....aprox €400
3rd 5%....aprox €300
4th 3%....aprox €200
5th 2%....aprox €100
6th 1%....aprox €60
7th 1%....aprox €60
8th 1%....aprox €60
9th 1%....aprox €60

Any thoughts???
